Tukt is property management software with end-to-end operations functionality.

Most property management systems are built around the booking. They handle the reservation well, then hand everything that happens afterwards to a spreadsheet, a group chat, or a second piece of software that does not talk to the first. The turnover, the cleaner, the compliance filing, the payout — each becomes someone's job to remember.

We think that gap is the actual product. Tukt covers the operating lifecycle: what has to happen, who does it, whether it was done, and what it costs.

What end-to-end means here

End-to-end means full coverage of the operations lifecycle. It does not mean autonomy. A step that asks a human to confirm something is still part of an end-to-end system — the point is that the step exists in one place, with the context attached, rather than living in someone's memory.

How we build

A few commitments that shape the product more than any feature list:

• Compliance is data, not documentation. Local regulation is encoded as rules the system enforces. A missing rule is an error, not a silent skip — under-remitting quietly is worse than failing loudly.
• Money reconciles to the cent. Levies, tax and payouts are computed as integer cents end to end. Tukt ledgers, but never holds funds.
• The operator's data belongs to the operator. Full export, free, whenever you want it. Leaving should be easy; that is what makes staying meaningful.
• Multilingual is not a translation layer. Guest and operator surfaces are localised together. Regulatory content is human-translated with jurisdictional accountability — never machine-translated.
